Sheba Consult was built around a simple principle: combining institutional standards with personal accountability.
We support entrepreneurs, families, investors, and international businesses in meeting the corporate, financial, and administrative responsibilities that accompany growth, ownership, and long-term planning. Our clients operate across jurisdictions, industries, and structures; they rely on us to coordinate the details so they can attend to what matters most.
Much of our work is invisible by design: companies properly formed, registers properly kept, filings made on time, structures that hold under scrutiny, and advisers who answer when called. Over time, many of our engagements become something more: a standing point of coordination across our clients’ corporate, financial, and personal affairs.

Sheba Consult is a corporate services provider licensed and regulated by the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (Licence No. L1114), and a Designated Non-Financial Business and Profession under the federal law of the United Arab Emirates. The firm maintains a comprehensive anti-money-laundering framework, with risk-based client due diligence aligned with current United Arab Emirates legislation.

Our People
Sheba Consult brings together a dedicated team of specialists across corporate services, accounting, tax, compliance, and family office administration. The firm maintains its own compliance function, including a designated MLRO and lawyers.
This structure allows us to coordinate the corporate, financial, and administrative affairs of entrepreneurs, international families, investors, and corporate groups across the United Arab Emirates - with each matter handled by people who understand it end to end. Clients deal with senior practitioners throughout, and benefit from the continuity of a settled, in-house team.
